Join us to learn the latest news from the Head Pastor, Treasurer and BACS Principal. All are welcome to attend, but only members are eligible to vote. Refreshments and desserts provided.
This meeting is an opportunity to get an update on our church, school, and building project, as well as vote the appointment of Assistant Pastor, Malcolm Smith and elect candidates for the open positions on the board of trustees. Faculty and staff milestones will also be recognized. This meeting will not be livestreamed. Doors open at 7pm, meeting to start promptly at 7:30pm.
NOTE: We need to have 150 members in attendance for a legal vote to take place. Absentee ballots are available for people who cannot attend the meeting in person. However, absentee ballots cannot count toward a quorum.
BECOME A VOTING MEMBER OF THE CHURCH
Contrary to popular belief, did you know that being baptized in the New Church DOES NOT automatically make the individual an official member of Bryn Athyn Church? Only members of Bryn Athyn Church are entitled to run as a candidate on the Bryn Athyn Church Board, as well as vote at elections and society meetings on issues of importance to this congregation.
Please note: Individuals who became members after April 15, 2023 are not eligible to vote at this election but can vote in future elections.
