Graham Bier has been Director of Music for the Bryn Athyn Church since 2013, leading the choirs and coordinating music across the church services serving as a singer, guitarist, trumpeter, and occasional pianist. He earned a PhD in musicology and an MA in vocal performance from the University of York (UK), and studied as an undergraduate at Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music. Graham also teaches music at Bryn Athyn College, directs the Reading Choral Society, and stays active as a professional singer as both a soloist and ensemble singer.

Leah Martin joined the Bryn Athyn Church staff as Principal Organist in 2023. She holds a BM in organ performance from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, and a Master of Sacred Music in organ performance at the University of Notre Dame where she is also currently completing her doctorate. She has served as the organist at St. John's Episcopal Church (Elkhart, IN), St. Peter's UCC (South Bend, IN), and Fairview United Methodist Church (Bloomington, IN).

Kenneth Coy

Kenneth Coy has been playing organ at Bryn Athyn since he used to stay after hours as a teenager. He studied organ performance at Eastman School of Music and won the Alexander McCurdy Competition at Westminster Choir College in 1980. Kenneth served for many years as an organist at the Lords New Church Philadelphia Society. His recordings include Bach Organ Favorites (2009) and Seasonal Improvisations (1997) and he also composes for the organ. Kenneth has been the Assistant Organist at Bryn Athyn Cathedral since 2015.
Associate Organist
Hehsun Chun-Smith
Hehsun Chun-Smith has an active career as a church musician, accompanist, and educator. Besides serving as the associate organist at Bryn Athyn, she is a collaborative accompanist at The College of New Jersey and a piano instructor and accompanist at George School, Newtown PA. She has also worked on the faculty, teaching organ and piano at the University of San Francisco, and served as organist at Newtown Presbyterian Church. She holds degrees in organ performance from the University of Toronto and Yale University and is completing her doctorate in organ performance at Indiana University, Jacobs School of Music.

Dr. Robin Bier

Robin Bier is an active professional classical singer, in demand as both a concert soloist and ensemble musician. In the Philadelphia area, she performs regularly with Opera Philadelphia, Choral Arts Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia Symphonic Choir, among others. Robin holds a Bachelor of Music in voice performance from Oberlin Conservatory of Music, a Masters in solo-voice ensemble singing, and a PhD in Musicology from the University of York in England. In addition to directing the Bryn Athyn Cathedral Choristers, Robin teaches voice at Swarthmore College, music theory at Bryn Athyn College, and directs the early music ensemble Les Canards Chantants.
