Join us to learn the latest news from the Head Pastor, Treasurer, and BACS Principal. All are welcome to attend, but only members are eligible to vote. Refreshments and desserts are provided.
This meeting is an opportunity to get an update on our church, school, and building project, as well as vote for the appointment of Assistant Pastor, Malcolm Smith and elect candidates for the open positions on the board of trustees. Faculty and staff milestones will also be recognized. This meeting will not be live-streamed. Doors open at 7pm, the meeting is to start promptly at 7:30pm.
NOTE: We need to have 150 members in attendance for a legal vote to take place. Absentee ballots are available for people who cannot attend the meeting in person. However, absentee ballots cannot count toward a quorum.
Please note: Individuals who became members after April 14, 2023, are not eligible to vote in this election but can vote in future elections.
