Resilience with Kirsten Huff

Adapting Flexibly Through Uncertainty and Change (Three Part Series)

November 5, 12, 19 — 3:30 – 5:30 pm

Resilience is the ability to respond to life’s challenges with confidence, flexibility, and equanimity, and also to grow and develop in new ways. During these current times of the COVID pandemic, we need resilience now more than ever – for ourselves and for relationships in our lives.

Kirsten Huff will present specific skill development tools and frameworks to develop resilience. There will be time for processing in smaller groups and practice work in between sessions.

In the time together, you will develop the ability to navigate challenges by outlining scientifically researched resilience skills, and practicing the application of these skills in your life. Participants will learn to adapt flexibly through adversity, leading to growth and success.

Three sessions are being offered. You don’t have to attend all three, but you will get the most out of the program if you attend all three and do the practice work in between sessions.

When? Three Online Sessions: Thursdays 3:30-5:30pm, November 5, 12, 19. Access info will be emailed after registration.

All welcome. This workshop is offered for free.
