Please join us as we focus on building awareness around suicide, addiction, domestic violence, abuse, and mental illness. We might be facing one of these areas personally or we might be supporting someone who is impacted. For this third year, we continue to explore ways to offer hope, resources, and connection, as well as how we can incorporate mindfulness into these difficult areas of our lives.

The morning sessions will feature the following: Dr. Dan Gottlieb as the moderator; panelists including Jill Bauer of The Rooms Project; Abington-Jefferson practicing physician Dr. Anne Tenthoff, Dr. Janet Rosenzweig author of The Sex-Wise Parent, and Shelley Williams from the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention.

There will be a break for lunch and in the afternoon, there will be group discussions to connect around our experiences, thoughts, and questions (list of afternoon workshops coming soon).
We hope you join us to gather in community as we strive to prevent the devastating impact and respond with compassion when impact of these topics is unavoidable. We intend for this to be an uplifting gathering to help you and your loved ones find hope and refuge.
