Christmas Tableaux Services

Sunday, December 10, 2023: 3:30, 5:15, 7:00, and 8:15 pm,
Bryn Athyn Cathedral Nave

Come see the Christmas story presented in living pictures this Sunday, December 10, at the Bryn Athyn Cathedral. The scenes will be depicted while the story from the Word is read. There will also be a chance to walk up to see the nativity scene, while the angel and shepherd choir sings.

There are four services to pick between. The service is about 45 minutes long and is for the whole family (though it may be a bit long for little children). You may want to come early to find parking, see the animals around the campfire near the porte-cochère on your way in, and to get good seats in the church.

Because this is a worship service, please leave your camera at home.

Admission

There is no cost to attend the pageant, but if you feel moved to, you can place a monetary contribution in one of the offertory bowls. The basket offerings from these Tableaux services will be a gift to the pastors of Bryn Athyn Church. This is an opportunity for all to participate in appreciation for those who serve the Bryn Athyn Church community.

Parking

There is parking available on the Cathedral grounds and overflow parking available near the Glencairn Museum and across Huntingdon Pike at Bryn Athyn College.

NOTE: This is the only worship service offered on this date. There will not be regular Sunday Services on the 10th i.e., no Informal, Family, Young Children’s, or Adult services.
