Join us for a morning or afternoon of artistic exploration as ourskilled instructor\, Wendy Hallstrom\, leads you through the historic andintricate process of creating beautiful eggs in the Ukrainian Easter tradition.Access to explore the first floor of the Museum\, including The Sacred Art ofEthiopia exhibition and interactive activity is included in the workshop admission fee. Both beginner and advanced classes are available\, so don’t waitto book your spot! \nGoose Egg Class Description: Pysanky isn’t just forchicken eggs – have some fun learning to write on a goose egg. A class design will be provided or bring your own. The materials fee includes one goose egg that has been emptied and cleaned\, plus a large assortment of dye colors. This workshop is for those who are familiar with the pysanky process and is not suitable for those who have never dyed eggs in this fashion.
